Payment for goods purchased through this website can be made
by secure server using the following credit/debit cards
VISA - MASTERCARD - MAESTRO - AMEX - VISA DEBIT - VISA ELECTRON
The payment card must
be registered to the delivery address and the buyers name must be entered
as it appears on the card. We will only deliver to the registered
cardholder at registered address for the card. We accept card orders by
secure server from all supported countries.
UK buyers can also pay by cheques drawn on UK banks / Postal Orders or Bank Transfer.
There is NO MINIMUM or MAXIMUM order value for our Trade customers.
NON-UK buyers can pay by credit card via secure server or International Bank Transfer.
INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFER Customers please make sure the full Grand Total payment amount in GBP Pounds Sterling reaches our Bank Account. Any Bank Transfer fees or 3rd party Banking charges should be paid by you so we receive the full amount to our destination account.
All prices on this website are shown in � GBP Pounds Sterling exlusive of VAT.
We supply to trade customers only therefore prices quoted in catalogue are exclusive
of VAT. VAT will be added to the final total and shown on final Checkout page.
INTERNATIONAL customers will not be charged VAT on EXPORT orders.
VAT will not be charged for EU customers with a valid VAT number. EU VAT registered customers
must email us a Valid EU VAT Number (with Country Code) and full company Name and Address including Country immediately after ordering and the VAT amount will be removed from your order.
All descriptions are as accurate and up to date as possible but can be subject to change
without notice due to alterations in specification by our suppliers or Gold/Silver market price changes etc.
Any change in specification will be updated on the site as soon as
possible. All weights and measurements are approximate and shown as a
rough guide only.
Prices can be subject to change with significant
movement in the precious metal markets or price increases by our suppliers. In the unlikely event of a
change in product price we will notify the customer before order is despatched and give customer the option to remove that product from the order.
We reserve the right to supply substitute goods of a similar type and value if a product is out
of stock or no longer available.
Most UK orders are delivered within 7 days , 14 days for International orders.
Orders may be delivered in several consignments but we will not charge you any additional shipping for this. If we have not despatched your goods within 28 days of
order date then you have the right to cancel the contract for a full refund.
We supply on a B2B basis and due to our low prices we are unable to offer any cooling off period on any purchases.
If a consignment is returned to us due to refusal at delivery address ,
incorrect address supplied by customer or customer not available to accept delivery this
will be classed as a failed delivery. (Customers are given contact details and ample time by carriers to rearrange deliveries if you are not available when carrier calls initially) In the event of a failed delivery we will either resend goods and charge customer a second delivery charge , or
the customer will be refunded minus our standard restocking and processing fee. Delivery charges are
Goods should be inspected for damage upon delivery. Damaged goods must be reported to us in writing within 48
hours of delivery. In the case of goods being damaged , if
returned to us and accepted upon inspection by us to be faulty or
damaged they will be replaced as originally
ordered. If the
goods are found to have been damaged due to neglect or misuse refunds cannot be given , and the cost
of returning goods to customer will be charged to the customer. If returned goods in
the sellers opinion are not faulty the customer will be charged our standard restocking and processing fee.
Any returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number issued by us , which is to be clearly
printed on outside of parcel and referenced inside parcel. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Parcels returned without a valid
RMA number will be refused. Goods should be returned at customers expense by secure
method as soon as possible after issue of RMA number. The insurance risk of the goods remains with the buyer until goods are returned to our premises. If we do not receive the
goods back to our premises no refund can be given.
Returns must be received back within 7 days of issue of RMA number as RMA number will be invalid after 7 days.

Any items returned must be in original packaging unopened with seals intact. Due to their nature perfume, scent or cologne products cannot be accepted for return.
Items made to customers personal specifications , personalised or altered specially for
the customer cannot be returned.
In the interest of hygiene and customer safety returns of any body jewellery , earrings , ear studs etc. will not be
accepted under any circumstances. Any body jewellery returned cannot be refunded.
Cancelled orders will be subject to our standard restocking and processing fee of upto 30% of the order value. Delivery charges are non refundable. Any refunds due will be credited within 30 days of written cancellation and return of goods to the payment card or other payment method.
Your statuatory rights are not affected by these terms
