Minted in .9999 pure Fine Silver depicting the Peregrine Falcon as it swoops down upon its prey. The Falcon was designed by Canadian illustrator Emily Damstra, and the coin features her initials mark 'ED'. The printing CANADA 9999 and FINE SILVER 1OZ ARGENT PUR is shown around the relief of the bird. The reverse of the coin shows Queen Elizabeth II head in relief by Susanna Blunt and words ELIZABETH II, 5 DOLLARS, 2014.
