General
Jewellery Discount Shop supplies jewellery and related products to Trade customers and Resellers on a Business to Business (B2B) basis. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all sales between Jewellery Discount Shop and the buyer. By placing an order the buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions and confirms that they are acting as a B2B customer. All orders placed by the buyer shall be deemed to be an offer to purchase goods from Jewellery Discount Shop subject to these Terms and Conditions, and subject to acceptance by Jewellery Discount Shop. The order acknowledgement receipt email sent when an order is placed via the website does not confirm acceptance of the buyers order. Acceptance of the buyers order is only confirmed once an Invoice has been issued and payment received in full by Jewellery Discount Shop.
Acceptance of the buyers order is subject to stock availability and at the sole discretion of Jewellery Discount Shop. In the event that some but not all goods are available on an order, Jewellery Discount Shop will ship the available goods and only invoice the buyer for the actual goods supplied. Part of an order not being available does not constitute a reason for cancellation of the entire order by the buyer.

Products & Pricing
All reasonable efforts are made to ensure that all product descriptions and images are an accurate depiction of the actual products. But due to differences in cameras, lighting, and screen displays any images of products are supplied for illustrative purposes only and should just be used as a guide. Any dimensions supplied are to be used as a guide only due to differences in the methods used to measure various products. Reasonable variations in product dimensions do not constitute a reason for cancellation of the order by the buyer. Due to the wholesale nature of our business product specifications and design may vary slightly from time to time. These products will have "designs may vary" or similar stated in the full description on the products main page. Items described as such can vary from any example images supplied by Jewellery Discount Shop. Variations of these products from any example images will not constitute a reason for cancellation of the order by the buyer.
Prices are correct at the time of publishing but Jewellery Discount Shop reserves the right to alter prices at any time. In the unlikely event that prices have increased after the buyer has placed an order via the website Jewellery Discount Shop will notify the buyer of the change in pricing as soon as possible. In this situation the buyer will have the option to cancel the order or accept the updated pricing and proceed with the order at the revised cost.

Payment
Jewellery Discount Shop accepts payment via Credit or Debit card, Cheque, and Bank Transfer.
Card payment is processed online via 256-bit SSL encrypted secure payment provider Global Payments. Currently accepted cards include VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD DEBIT, and American Express. The buyers delivery address must match the address registered with the payment card provider. If shipping to an address other than the address registered with the buyers payment card provider please use Bank Transfer or Cheque as the payment method instead of Credit or Debit card.
Cheque payments are only accepted drawn on UK Banks from UK buyers. Cheques will need to be fully cleared before any goods can be shipped to the buyer.
Bank Transfer payments are accepted from UK and International buyers. Jewellery Discount Shop will provide full Bank Transfer payment details to the buyer after an order has been placed. The Grand Total invoice amount must reach the Bank Account of Jewellery Discount Shop. All Bank fees or charges (including currency conversion fees) must be paid by the buyer when making the payment so that the Grand Total invoice amount is received.

VAT
Published prices are Excluding VAT.
VAT at the current rate will be applied to UK orders and be displayed at Checkout.
Orders shipped outside of the UK will be Zero rated for VAT by Jewellery Discount Shop.
For Export orders all import Tax, Customs Duty charges, and administration fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid in the buyers country when requested.

Delivery
Jewellery Discount Shop aims to dispatch most orders within 1-4 working days. Buyers will be informed of an estimated dispatch time by email if dispatch of an order will take longer than 7 working days. If Jewellery Discount Shop is unable to dispatch an order within 21 working days the buyer will have the right to cancel the order or accept the extended estimated dispatch time provided by Jewellery Discount Shop.
When an order ships the buyer will be sent an Invoice by email that includes delivery information and a tracking number. Our couriers will attempt delivery and leave a delivery note if the buyer is unavailable for delivery notifying the buyer of options regarding redelivery. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the courier regarding redelivery, use the supplied tracking information, and make themselves available for delivery of the goods. If an order is returned because of "Failed Delivery" due to incorrect address, or incorrect contact details provided by the buyer, or the buyer not being available to accept delivery the order will be cancelled and the cost of the goods will be refunded, but the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Jewellery Discount Shop also reserves the right to deduct from the refund any reasonable costs involved in recovering and restocking the goods.

Damages & Returns
Jewellery Discount Shop supplies goods on a B2B basis only therefore is unable to offer any cooling off period.
Goods can only be returned if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault or that damage has occurred prior to delivery to the buyer. Jewellery Discount Shop must be informed of any damages or shortages in writing (by email or post) within 48 working hours of delivery. To expedite any claim please include photos of damage being claimed and any damage to external packaging. No responsibility for defects, damages, or shortages will be accepted by Jewellery Discount Shop after 48 working hours of receipt of goods. A claim for a defective or damaged product does not constitute a reason for cancellation of the order in its entirety by the buyer. Upon a claim being accepted by Jewellery Discount Shop the buyer will be required to return the damaged or defective products for inspection. In the case of defective or damaged goods Jewellery Discount Shop will recommend to the buyer which shipping method to use to return the goods. If at the sole discretion of Jewellery Discount Shop the buyers claim is successful and the goods are found to be defective or damaged the return shipping cost of the method recommended by Jewellery Discount Shop will be refunded to the buyers original payment method. Successful claims for defective or damaged goods will at the sole discretion of Jewellery Discount Shop either be replaced as originally ordered or refunded back to the original payment method.
In the event of a nonfaulty return being accepted at the sole discretion of Jewellery Discount Shop the original shipping costs will not be refunded and Jewellery Discount Shop reserves the right to deduct from the refund any reasonable costs involved in recovering and restocking the goods.
